Winter is Coming

Winter is almost here and when you live in Canada, one has to be prepared for the weather, which can be downright frigid. Last winter we endured a polar vortex that had us living in temperatures that dipped below -30’C. This year I plan to be ready for whatever comes our way. That’s where CMFR comes in. The name stands for Cold Manufactured and they design coats “for Canada’s infamously frigid temperatures.” Their coats are warm, durable and look amazing on. I have tried on a number of winter coats over the years and I have to say, I love wearing this coat; the pockets are so soft and warm inside and the red color with the black detailing is fantastic. The red is a nice pop of color during the dreary winter months. I have teamed up with CMFR to offer my readers and IG followers the chance to win their own fantastic coat (the same style and color to the one I have styled below).  All you have to do is leave a comment at the end of the post telling me your favorite thing about winter (don’t forget to leave your email address too so I can contact you if you are the winner). The contest runs until Tuesday, December 8th and the winner will be announced here, on the blog, at 8:30pm. For an extra entry, head over to my IG account (@dailydose27) and follow the directions posted there.

AND THE WINNER IS @JILLMMCDONALD!! Congrats!
GOOD LUCK!

  1. One of my favorite things about winter is the holiday season. Driving around town when it’s dark and seeing all of the Christmas lights is the best!
